Jana, as he is popularly called, had the apparition since his childhood for having his own organization to promote quality in the Global Market. He polished his skills in Leadership and Technology during his initial years of employment with TATA Infotech in India and other reputed organizations in US. He has more than 6 years of his experience in USA been only with US Department of Housing and Urban Development a Federal Government agency in Washington DC under the team of Accenture.

He has skillfully combined innovation with technical expertise to design a breakthrough product in embedded systems domain. He brought high visibility to Mani Soft across the world with in a short span. Today Mani Soft has a long list of customers providing repeat business as a reciprocation of Mani Soft’s quality and commitment. The Patent Pending product called EnayaKaedayam (Internet Shield) developed by Mani Soft adds value to his leadership skill.

His dreams have no limits and his future focus has no boundaries. He aspires to build a fully facilitated software park at Kovilpatti, India in the near future. He is a gleaming model for young generations and others who are striving to reach the top, breaking all kinds of barriers.

Mr P. Pyan Chella Vadivoo is the Chief Operating Officer of Mani Soft and a member of the Board of Directors. He joined Mani Soft as a founder member in 2003 and contributed significantly towards R&D. He has more than five years experience in marketing, corporate activities, legal and management of Software Development Industry. Mr. Pyan Chella Vadivoo graduated from Anna University with a Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Chemical Technology, holds a degree in Business Administration and he is doing his Master Degree in Law in Huddersfield University, UK. As a Head of R&D, he spearheaded the development and launched many types of software in the Indian & International market. Prior to his role as COO, he has an experience of more than 9 years in the field of Process Analyst in chemical Industry and served in India and Kuwait.

Mrs Balathilagam Janarthanan has been associated with the company since its inception. Mrs. Balathilagam holds a B.Tech from the Bharathiyar University in Trichy, India. Mrs. Balathilagam Janarthanan plays a vital role in team growth, decision making, arranging funds, management identification and co-ordination with other team activities. As a Centre Head of Mani India for more than three years, she maintains the working environment pleasant and peaceful and maintains good discipline throughout the campus. Identifying the flaws in the centre management and team’s responsiveness towards the duty and rectifying it by placing or removing or substituting the right people in right place at right time through employee interaction. Her human management skills had gained many favorites? in Mani Soft and this is the strength of her presence.

Mrs Vivegam is a Program Manager of Technical division, who has more than 7 years of IT experience. She joined Mani Soft in 2003. Vivegam is a Master graduate in Computer Application from Madras University. She has profound experience in System Requirement Analysis, Software development and testing various projects with good exposure in Proposal writing and estimating the software. She has excellent Analytical and Communication skills with good Decision Making ability.

Mr Jaycee Raja is the Chief Process Officer and Program Manager of Mani Soft. He has the professional knowledge and skills to handle any Multimedia project, a wide range of Graphics & Animations tools like Maya, Flash, Flex and other Adobe Products. Jaycee has exceptional competence in designing & executing a variety of projects, right from creating state-of-the-art web sites to International quality Audio-Video & CD Authoring, to designing e-learning modules, to producing customized Techno-savvy films. He also has experience in creating and monitoring efficient and effective organization-wide quality processes. He is the technical advisor for both design and quality audit units of Mani Soft.As part of this extension activity he has worked with NIFT, the Jawaharlal Institute of Research & Science, the Indira Gandhi National Open University, the Sathyabama College of Engineering, the Avinashalingam Deemed University, Video W Productions in Switzerland and a few Film & Tele- Serial production companies. Jaycee has an engineering degree from MS University in Tirunelveli.

Anusha Senthurpandi is a PMP certified Program Manager, who has 6+ years of IT experience. She has served in Tata Consultancy Services Ltd for 5 years and joined Mani Soft in 2007. She is achievement oriented software professional with diversified experience in Insurance, Life sciences and Healthcare applications, Web applications.She has proven experience in Project Management, software development and deployment, strong analytical reasoning skills, effective communicator and problem solver. She has the ability to multi-task and thinks independently.Anusha has been graduated from MS University as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics. As a Program Manager she has been behind the successful launch of development and deployment of many IT applications.

Mrs Karpagam Balamurugan was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in October 2007. Prior to that, she served as Program Manager – “Quality Audit”. Mrs. Karpagam Balamurugan joined Mani Soft in 2003 and has served in various capacities in the Organization. She is responsible for several pioneering initiatives in Finance and Accounts at Mani Group of Companies, including its Cash flow maintenance, Financial Projection, Financial Feasibility and Financial Accounting. She has led her team in setting new standards in financial reporting, Financial Documentation and compliance. She also holds a Master of Technology (M Tech) Degree from the Kanpur University on Structural Engineering.

Mr Vijay KS is servicing as Human Resource Manager of Mani Soft since 2007. He articulated, designed and implemented the various HR policies and Procedures which has become the foundation for smooth running of the organization work force. He has got a complexion of interacting with people, understanding their strengths and weaknesses. His expertise in Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Change Management has helped him to make reforms in HR Department. Being a follower of Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Principles, he has a dedication to make contribution to “Youths Development” and “Children?s Education” in rural India. He obtained B.Sc. (Horticulture) from the UAS – Dharwad in 1999 and MBA in Human Resource Management from the Alliance Business Academy.
